This is an excellent sale for Rose, and the late Ray, Pinney. As Rose prepares to move, she is selling many of Ray's tools and other items she no longer has a use for. There are drills, saws, wrenches, garden and sprinkler supplies, yard decor, 2003 Grasshopper commercial lawn mower with bagger, bench grinder, floor jack, Haviland China and some furniture.

Auction Terms & Conditions DATE: Bidding will begin Saturday, March 16, 2019 with a staggered closing beginning Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 2 PM central time.
DESCRIPTION: Rose Pinney is cleaning Ray's shop and will be offering no longer used tools and equipment, as well as lawn furniture and decor, to the highest bidder in this online only auction.

This is an ONLINE ONLY auction.
REGISTRATION: To bid you will need to register and create a user name and password. If you are a returning bidder, you are required to update any information that may have changed on your account.
Neither Hibid.com nor Gateway Realty NP retain the credit card number provided when registering.
BUYER PREMIUM: 10% will be added to all final bids when paying by check or cash (7.5% on items $5,000 or higher).
13% will be added to all final bids when using a credit/debit card as payment (10% on items $5,000 or higher). Neither Gateway Realty NP, nor Hibid.com, retain your credit card number.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranty expressed or implied.
CHANGES TO THE AUCTION: To best respond to various circumstances during the auction, changes to specific lots, descriptions and photos may become necessary and occur without notice.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDER NOTIFICATION: Successful bidders will be notified by email from Gateway Realty upon the close of the last item on the auction. It may be necessary to check your "SPAM" or "JUNK" mailboxes on your email.
PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit/debit card are accepted at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card the buyer's premium will be 13% (10% on items $5,000 or higher).
Gateway Realty NP Inc requests settlement and load out during the specified date and time for each online auction.
LOAD OUT: The highest bidders must pick their items at 3597 South Willow, North Platte, NE during the specified load out times. Load out for this auction will be Wednesday, March 27, 2019, Noon - 6 PM CDT. Please bring adequate help to load the heavy, bulky items.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Gateway Realty NP LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Gateway Realty NP LLC shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.

10% buyers premium will be assessed to all items less than $5,000 and paid for with cash or check (items over $5,000 will be assessed a 7.5% buyers premium).
13% buyers premium will be assessed to all items less than $5,000 and paid with credit/debit card (items over $5,000 will be assessed a 10% buyers premium)
