All items are sold as is - where is, with no warranty, written or assumed. This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. Registration is required prior to bidding.
Once the staggered closing (soft close) begins, activity may continue on a specific item as long as there is activity on that item. It is possible that some items have a preset reserve. Call or text David 308-660-6472, with questions.
REGISTRATION: To bid you will need to register and create a user name and password. If you are a returning bidder, you are required to update any information that may have changed on your account.
BUYER PREMIUM: 13% will be added to all invoices. A 3% discount will be offered to those paying with cash or check at the time of checkout.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranty expressed or implied.
CHANGES TO THE AUCTION: To best respond to various circumstances during the auction, changes to specific lots, descriptions and photos may occur without notice. Items may be added, or removed, at any time, without notice.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDER NOTIFICATION: Successful bidders will be notified by email from Gateway Realty upon the close of the last item on the auction. It may be necessary to check your "SPAM" or "JUNK" mailboxes on your email.
PAYMENT: The credit card used to verify identity with HIBID.com will not be automatically charged. Cash, check or credit/debit card are accepted at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with cash or check the buyer's premium will be reducted to 10%. Gateway Realty NP Inc requests settlement and load out during the specified date and time for each online auction. Items left after 10 days following the close of the sale will be redistributed, whether paid for or not. No refunds will be issued.
LOAD OUT: The highest bidders must pick up their items at 902 McDonald., NORTH PLATTE, NE.. Load out, and payment, is Tuesday, Jan 26, 2021 from 12:00 noon to 6 PM CST.
PLEASE BRING ADEQUATE HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. BRING ANY PACKING MATERIAL YOU MAY NEED TO TRANSPORT FRAGILE ITEMS.
Any items requiring shipping will be taken to the UPS Store in North Platte for packing and shipping at the buyer's expense. Items not picked up after 10 days from the close of the sale will be redispersed. No refunds will be granted.

SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical diffuculties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies. Gateway Realty NP Inc reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Gateway Realty NP Inc shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
