Auction Terms & Conditions Auction will take place live with Auctioneer. Bidding may be made in person or by registering ahead of time, bids will be taken via live broadcast of the Auction.
Auction will take place at 10:00 CST at the North Platte Community College Campus 1101 Halligan Drive, North Platte, NE 69101
Building will be sold "As Is, Where Is, and How Is, with no warranties of fitness for any particular purpose.
Successful purchaser WILL BE REQUIRED to provide 25% NONREFUNDABLE payment of the purchase price on the day of sale, and the remainder within 7 days of the close of the Auction, or BEFORE any work for the removal of the buildings takes place.
Payment may be cash, cashable check, certified check, any major credit card. (a 3% processing fee will be charged for credit card payments)
3% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all winning bids.
Successful purhaser will be REQUIRED to arrange for, and provide removal and transportation of the building(s) purchased prior to July 31, 2022.

All 3 building are required to be moved from the property before July 31, 2022.
